Age 21 - Level 3, Grade 3
“What a journey! I can honestly say I’ve never felt fitter or more confident in my body, and more confident at the gym. I’ve been a regular gym goer but never been very consistent. The TRM program has completely changed the way I think about exercise, by creating small goals to be better and improve every day, rather than just exercising without direction for the sake of it! I have loved every minute of the TRM program. It’s the first time I’ve stuck to a program, given it 100% and seen such awesome results. I feel stronger in every way, physically and mentally. I love how I have a plan of attack, my workouts are planned for the week and all easily accessible on the app. I’ve incorporated the 7:2:1 philosophy with my eating and it’s made the world of difference. Learning to be consistent but not overly restrictive with the occasional treat, has allowed me to really make a lifestyle and habitual change. It’s been a great 10 weeks and I can’t wait for many more with the TRM team!
Age 33 - Level 4, Grade 2
The TRM training and nutrition has been a major shift in the way I approach life. Not just my physical wellbeing but also my mental state. I want to be happier and more successful in life, so it has been important to fight the brain’s natural tendency to focus on the negative. Instead, I have tried looking at the world through a positive, self-compassionate mindset. Also shifting to a more positive mindset has helped me become more productive by replacing my belief in my strengths with belief in my efforts and replacing self-criticism with self-compassion.
Age 31 - Level 1, Grade 2
First of all, I can not believe I have lost 9kgs in 10weeks!!! I have never lost weight like how I have lost it with the TRMSBC! I am so very thankful! The meals have been unreal, I have changed to eating from smaller plates and bowls and still being satisfied. I am actually eating a proper breakfast in the mornings and having healthy snacks. The workouts are great, I have struggled to get them done the last two weeks but I have still been doing my daily walk.
Age 30 - Level 3, Grade 1
I thought I was happy with my fitness and body shape and only really took up TRM so my wife had someone doing it with her. I soon came to love working out. I have since lost 10.7kg and noticed more mobility and less joint pain as I have been progressing through the workouts. I always relied on team sports to maintain my fitness and having stopped playing a few years ago I had slowly blown out. While TRM workouts are individual, having the online community has made it feel like a team environment.
Age 28 - Level 2, Grade 2
I was so focused on my mindset, energy levels and confidence during my TRM Summer Body Challenge, I can not believe how much my body has changed. I was so impressed with how good I felt, the energy I was waking up with, the strength I had, that when taking my after photos and measurements I was amazed to see the difference! I’ve not only lost 16.7cm and 4kgs but I feel better in myself. I have tried many different work outs and diets but this journey for me has been about changing my lifestyle and my mindset.
Age 35 - Level 3, Grade 5
The TRM challenge has changed the way I have approached training. My training focus is now on crucial areas like mobility, flexibility and building a strong base to work through the levels and realise my body’s potential. In the past, I did not spend time on these key areas, making progress and commitment hard, and injuries common. I joined the TRM program post-Hernia surgery (May 2017) for rehabilitation and build core strength to prevent further hernia injuries. I realised that I love this training style far more than lifting heavy weights.
Level 1, Grade 1
I started strong, doing the workouts, eating according to the 7-2-1 method and feeling human again! The brain fog was gone, I was functioning better at work, I could concentration longer, I woke up in the mornings with a spring in my step as opposed to dragging myself out of bed after pressing the snooze button 5 times. I can't believe how much better I feel.
Age 22 - Level 4, Grade 3
For me, the TRM body challenge has proven many things to myself. My new found ‘summer bod’ is only the foundation of where I want to take my strength from here. During 9 months of being in the #TRMfamily, I have dropped 6 kg, so for me, the 10-week challenge not to lean out, but to increase strength and size, which has been a struggle for myself in the past. At the end of 10 weeks, I stand 2kg heavier of lean muscle mass. I found the formation of the TRM App really assisted me in always reaching those numbers and keeping on track.
Age 45 - Level 3, Grade 1
A huge thank you goes out to the incredible TRM team & community for the tremendous support! Thank you so much to my family and friends for your awesome encouragement. I have achieved my personal goals to get strong, get fit & get lean. Now I am both mentally + physically stronger & I feel more youthful & confident than ever. I am sleeping better & I have more energy to share. Prior to TRM, I felt stretched & weakened after having 4 kids in five years, slightly damaged after a boat accident & surgery to repair fractures to my left arm & slightly depleted running a business & a busy household.
