This summer saw the first TRM Summer Body Challenge take place. It was an 8 week transformation of body and mind with an awesome trip for 2 to Yosemite, USA, as the main prize. We had an incredible number of entrants all making fantastic lifestyle changes and proving that amazing things are possible with The Robards Method. Our winner was Will Ross, Will’s physical and mental change, in just 8 weeks, has been nothing short of phenomenal He is loving his new found strength and confidence and has made TRM part of his life.
